Shipping

What shipping services do you offer within the United States?

We charge a low flat rate shipping of $5 for all orders shipped to addresses in the United States. You may group items together and only pay our flat rate shipping price. FREE shipping is provided to all 50 states for any order $100 and over.

Do you ship outside of the United States?

We currently do not ship outside of the United States.

How long will it take for me to get my package?

Most orders will ship out within one to two (1-2) business days of ordering. We DO NOT ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays, so please allow one to two (1-2) extra days for order processing during these times. Once your order is prepared, you will receive an e-mail informing you that the order has shipped, which will include tracking information.

Due to personalization, items ordered from the Handcraft Studio may take up to five to seven (5-7) business days to ship.

What will my product look like when it arrives, and can you gift wrap and add a message to my order if it is a gift?

We take pride in having the items in our store arrive at your doorstep clean and nicely packaged as a gift to yourself or ready to give as a gift to a special someone. Though our items will arrive attractively wrapped, requests such as special gift wrap or a birthday messages may be left in the comments section during checkout. We are happy to accommodate your requests.

Can I have my package rushed?

We do not currently offer overnight or 2 day shipping via our website. For an urgent order, please contact us via email. We will do our best to take care of you and upgrade your shipment.

What if I'm not home when my package arrives?

Most orders will arrive without a signature required.

 

Ordering and Payment

What are my payment options?

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. You will select your specific credit card type during checkout.

What is the status of my order?

  • Awaiting Fulfillment: Yay! Your order was successfully placed! Thank you! You will receive a confirmation email with a copy of your invoice.

  • Pending: Your order is waiting to be filled. Fulfillment time is typically between one to two (1-2) business days once in the “Pending” status.

  • Shipped: Your order has shipped and will be in your mailbox or on our doorstep very soon!

Do you have Gift Certificates?

Yes we do! Forget the hassle and shipping charges! It’s the perfect gift when you are not 100% sure what your loved one would like.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Oops! Accidentally ordered an item or changed your mind? Email us right away while your order is still in the “Awaiting Fulfillment” or “Pending” stages. We’ll do what we can to help you!

 

Returns

What is your return policy?

Blue Plum Collections is proud to provide you with quality pre-cherished products and hopes you are fully satisfied. If for some reason you are not 100% satisfied with your merchandise we will gladly accept products for return, exchange or credit, less the shipping cost, within fifteen (15) days from the shipping date. If you would like to return an item, please contact us with your order number and brief details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return your order. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges unless the return is a result of an error on the part of Blue Plum Collections such as an incorrect, damaged or defective item. Please allow one to two (1-2) weeks for returns to process. If you have any specific questions please contact us.
